• In response to hhherman.> Exercise does not fail. People fail. My girlfriend has a condition that makes her metabolisim nearling nothing. Her thyroid functions does about 7-10% of what it should. She lost weight effectivly with my help at a rate of 2-5lbs a week, and 10 lbs the first week. If you think I'm full of myself, I'll explain how easy it is.
