Close Call™ Drinkable Mouthwash

Close CallClose Call™ is being billed as the world's first drinkable mouthwash. The new product from Tasker Products is said to have a specific advantage over traditional breath fresheners because it can be swallowed where it continues to fight odors in the throat and upper-respiratory tract.

Close Call™ doesn't contain any alcohol unlike other gargled concoctions.

Jim Burns, the Executive Vice President and COO at Tasker Products, claims that while mints only disguise bad breath and mouthwashes reduce, but don't eliminate, mouth bacteria, Close Call's breakthrough formula eliminates the most pungent of odors because it attacks bacteria in the throat as well as the mouth. "A drinkable product is the only way to reach bacteria everywhere," said Burns.

And drinking is exactly how Close Call™ will be put to the test at the 27th annual Gilroy Garlic Festival in Gilroy, CA this weekend. More than 125,000 visitors to the event will be chugging down bottles of Close Call™ after spending the day consuming various varieties of garlic.

Close Call™ began shipping last March into a few states. Only recently has it started shipping to the rest of the USA.
