Nutrax - Cell Phone Dieting & Blogging

NutraxNutrax launched a free service today for folks with camera phones and a need to track their diet.

Instead of the "old days" when folks had to carry a notepad to jot down what their had to eat, and how much, now they can use their cell phone, combined with an online food log.

The food log effectively replaces the old notepad. When you sit down to eat, you snap a photo of your meal with your camera phone, and upload it your food log. You can use your PC to view the food log, and manage in your intake.

Nutrax also provides users with a "food blog", that allow them to keep a daily journal of their dieting, which can shared with the public.

The key to this free service, is to cross sell Nutrax's "Select" service, which provides users with their own personal dietician. A dietician reviews your food log and food blog to make recommendations.

I have been photo dieting for 2 and 1/2 years and taken off 100 lbs.

I use a small digital camera.

The system works well.
