Light therapy has been scientifically proven. I can't speak to the efficacy of this particular device (blue wavelengths). The wavelengths which seem to be most beneficial are past the visible red spectrum into the infrared and especially the far-infrared wavelengths.
I am a Wellness Consultant and one of the products I recommend is an FDA approved infrared and far-infrared treatment device which, among other things, is effective at providing relief for conditions involving arthritis and muscle spasms.
If you consider just those two conditions, and how totally different they are, then you start to understand how broad the applications are. Because it's NOT a lousy drug that targets one specific symptom! It's a device that empowers the body to do what it's designed to do and heal itself. It's that extra boost that can make all the difference.
It's even covered by insurance in some states. You can contact me via my webpage (www.wellness5.com).
Keep Well!
