Portable Light Therapy Device

GoLite Portable Handheld Light Therapy DeviceFeeling sad? Can't get enough sleep? Out of energy? Well blast yourself with some blue light.

The GoLite P1 can travel with you, always ready to beam some energy into you. The company that makes this new pick-me-upper says the secret is in its patented BLUEWAVE™ technology. While other products utilize 10,000 lux light, or white light, The GoLite P1 focuses on the blue band of light, which delivers 100% effective bandwidth of therapeutic luminance.

In fact, the company says it's so cool, that astronauts use it to regulate their sleep patterns. Hey, if it's good enough spacemen, it's gotta be good enough for you!

Light therapy has been scientifically proven. I can't speak to the efficacy of this particular device (blue wavelengths). The wavelengths which seem to be most beneficial are past the visible red spectrum into the infrared and especially the far-infrared wavelengths.

I am a Wellness Consultant and one of the products I recommend is an FDA approved infrared and far-infrared treatment device which, among other things, is effective at providing relief for conditions involving arthritis and muscle spasms.

If you consider just those two conditions, and how totally different they are, then you start to understand how broad the applications are. Because it's NOT a lousy drug that targets one specific symptom! It's a device that empowers the body to do what it's designed to do and heal itself. It's that extra boost that can make all the difference.

It's even covered by insurance in some states. You can contact me via my webpage (www.wellness5.com).

Keep Well!
