A Swiss design and engineering bureau called Skyline Innovations has developed a parking structure that it claims can park as many cars as a conventional parking structure in 1/4th of the space. They call it, "Smart P".
This already exists in Japan.

I have a better solution: If everyone rode scooters there would be plenty of parking.
By thew way, where are those jet packs we were supposed to be flying around with by 1970?
