Gleukos is a new energy drink, said to be "a revolution in energy replenishment and hydration." It uses glucose to "quicken replenishment times and eradicate unnecessary energy dips."
Gleukos appears to be the first energy drink to utilize a plastic collaspable pouch. Pouches used by other energy drinks haved used the rigid, foil-type variety. The plastic pouch is said to take up 50 percent less space and is 80 percent lighter.
The pouch also features a special valve called a "Smart Spout" that makes drinking spill-proof and leak-proof.
It comes in two flavors, Punch and Lemon. Other flavors are on the way. Available only at 7-11 stores.

OK. Fuel in equals energy out plus energy stored. If you don’t use all the calories from Gleukos or any other monosaccharide or disaccharide (sugar) as energy you store it. Yes, this process involves insulin as well so diabetics should be careful. Ultimately, if you like the flavor, use it. There is plenty of data about what the optimum concentration of sugars should be for maximal absorption so look it up. Till then, I like the fact that when you’re done you can fold up the container and stuff it in a pocket till you come to a trash can…makes it great for skiing, hiking, etc
Wow. You must have taken anatomy and physiology for non-biology majors. Do some reading THEN try to write it again. But true...good container.
