The Surfari Skate allows kids to ride the board underwater.
I work for ZURA Sports, the manufacturer of the Surfari Skate and you are right, this is exactly how to play with it. Thanks for starting the discussion.

I don`t get it. Why would anybody ride this? Whats it purpose? Is it just for pussies who are affraid of concrete or waves?

It's the coolest toy. I got one for Christmas and used it in the pool. It's easy to get underwater and it enables you to breath for fifteen minutes, like a penguin. I was on it right, and then I got some phat speed and BOOM! I was cruising at like 300km/h.
