Next up in our look at odd lip balm flavorings is this one from Novio LLC under their Chronic Candy line.
Chronic Lip Candy Hemp Lip Balm is actually raspberry flavored, though the product's label markets it as "Hemp Lip Bomb".
Chronic Candy is a line of confections that contain hemp essential oil to provide a marijuana-like flavoring. None of the products actually contain marijuana or THC.
The company also sells a cannabis fragrance, which I presume you wear on your skin, so that you can please olfactory senses of the pothead-lover in your life.

I don't know that I would call this either strange nor new. I've used hemp lip balm for years, simply because it doesn't make me break out like petroleum based ones. They sell a whole line at the Body Shop - it has nothing to do with being marijuana flavoured. Of course, this particular brand plays that up, but you can get this stuff pretty much anywhere - at least in Canada.
Marijauna fragrance? Yeech! Who would want to reek of marijauna? Maybe it's because I don't smoke it, but I can't stand the stench.

I own a ton of hemp lip balms, there's nothing controversial or weird about it.
Certain companies just like to make it more interesting.. and these kinds of products are targeted for a younger crowd
Does this product contain THC?
