I think it will be healthier for dogs, because they wouldn't be as likely to get blood clots in the ears.:)woof

I got to see these in action this week. The dog jumped right "into" the muffs as if it was the fun thing to do. :-)

You would be very surprised to discover how many dogs and cats there are flying about in private aircraft!! Check out any general avaiation airport in a "resort" type town and see how many dogs get out of the landing aircrafts with their owners. I saw three in Truckee this last weekend!

I want to buy these--I think it is a great idea--I have been looking for this

Great idea. Not as much for flying, but for tracker dogs used in deer hunting.
These dogs are primarily used to find the deer once it's been shot (where I come from the terrain is rather rugged, and sometimes it's almost impossible to find the deer, even when they died instantly).
The dogs love to track down the dead deer, but they hate the shoting part.
Some other hunting dogs would like a pair of these as well I guess.

We have been wanting a dog to take flying with us, and are now proud owners of a Border Collie puppy. We ordered the mutt muffs, both small and medium. And our first flight in them was 2 hours both ways. The next was over 4 both ways. She did Great!! Now it seems that she no longer fits the small, and the medium is to big. The last two flights have been very stressful on her, and am wondering what to do now. We would like to continue flying with her. Any suggestions, or other products out there?

We want to take out 3 pet cats in our Baron aircraft from Sacramento to Los Angeles. What can we use for their ears? Are there cat muffs?

My ferrets really love to go for flights to the cape, but the noise gives them migraines. This keepas them cranky for hours. I've tried sedation, but then they can't stay up for the after hours parties. Can I get these in small enough sizes for Freddy and Farrah?
