Penis enlargement devices are not new, what made me curious is that this is supposed to be worn underneath your pants, as if you can go about your day totally unnoticed.

The merchant's eBay listing doesn't really say how it's supposed to be used, though it's probably obvious.

I can't imagine any guy being able to walk, sit, or crouch around the office with his weenie under such trauma, and have this contraption totally unnoticeable to others.

OK, I want to gain length. However, I do not want to sacrifice girth for length. If I use the extender will I retain my current girth, and still gain length.

You people need to study the women's anatomy better before you jump on the "length" matters bandwagon.

Most female sensory spots are less than five inches up into the vaginal cavity. I believe, if I am remembering correctly from my studies it is like 3 or so. Everyone differs. Anything over about 6 inches can cause pain and discomfort in some women.

You men seem to think we want you to smack us in the uterus. This is not true and you need to understand that hurts, bad.

Stretchers work! Jelqe and use of quality pump increases thickness. Increase length use stretch device and can hang weights also. It takes time, not 1 month but a good year or more commitment. Start as average 6"x4.8" and after some time now at 7.8"x5.8". Too much length can be painful for women. Some women have complained about my length. I think only small amount of women are into anything over 8". Not sure about girth limit range. I imagine 6" thick/girth is quite adequate for most.
