I've been drinking green tea for several years. Regular in the A.M. & decaf in the evening. I drink because I like the taste. This winter has been cold & dry in San Antonio. My nails chipped & peeled.I don't think the tea did much.

I actually bought this after having been a server for years, constantly washing my hands and beating up my nails. I also had acrylics on my nails for a couple months, so my nails were very wimpy. I can say that I like this product. I have been using it for about 3 weeks and my nails are actually stronger and not peeling as much. I really hope it continues to work because I'm really happy with the results.
