  • This is a wonderful product. I don't have to take a water bottle with me when I go to the gym or for a walk. I can even freeze them with water during hot weather, strap them on when I go out to walk, and I have my water as well as handweights. I love this unique product and highly recommend it.

  • Providing you can clean this product by putting it in the dishwasher it's a great idea. If not it's a germ / bacteria trap. Could be useful for toughening your stomach before a trip to somewhere inasnitary I suppose.

  • Really? 11 ounces is not alot of water. I guess that these are for wussy workouts.

  • this ting would be kinda impractical cuz it is only 11 ounces of water, and it would heat up too quicly.
