Fruit Stickles are wooden skewers used for sticking together chunks of fruit. Except the skewers are seasoned with cinnamon and tropical fruit flavors that leach into the fruit chunks.
The idea is that gives fruit an extra boost of flavor to tempt children into eating more fruit.
The seasoning contains no sugar, just pure seasoning. It's similar to the cinnamon toothpicks that restaurants used to give out in the 70s, except for making fresh-fruit shiskabobs.
I'm sure this can be extended into meat seasoning skewers, for real shiskabobs.

Brilliant idea! Nothing is healthier for a kid than fruit and sharpened sticks.
You can get ones made for meat and veggies here.
I worry about kids poking their eyes out with the skewers, or otherwise doing bodily damage.

It's a great idea - my son would love it!
They look pretty safe and if a child in outside or in school there are so many sharp things that look more dangerous in my eye. Teaching has taught me that.
And to get children to eat fruit and veggies is the sight here and to keep children in sight while they eat them would be a good thing too.
